Anna Harris works in mixed media, predominantly with the use of found natural materials. She has a degree in Architecture and has undertaken short course studies in visual arts, photography and sculpture. Anna has participated in “SEE,” an ephemeral public art installation in Manly (2013), and Art in Odd Places in Dee Why and Manly (2013) and AIOP 2013_number, where her works were of an ephemeral nature. Inspired by the site, collected materials to create temporary installations.
Anna has an interest in art integrated into outdoor places and spaces. Working on the ‘On Islands’ project has been a great opportunity to develop art in the outdoors and explore the challenge of working in large scale environments and within nature.
